Man, $50,959 seems very good. Sorry for the detail, but here's what I'm seeing (hope this possibly helps anyone else):

In addition, data from

2021 Explorer - Style: ST - 4 Dr SUV w/4WD. Powered by a 3 L, 6 Cylinder, Gas Engine w/Automatic Transmission
MSRP
$52,605
Invoice Price
$50,501
Destination Fee
$1,245
Holdback
$1,578
Dealer Cost
$50,168
- The invoice price has Holdback and other hidden markup built into the price.
So, with all of this I started with Dealer Cost of $50,168. I added the Invoice Value for each of the above options which totals $4,041. Together, that is = $54,209. Add Destination $1,245.... = $55,454
Subtract Dealer Holdback 55,454 - 1,578 = $53,876
If you agree to finance through Ford, there is a $1,250 rebate.... So, 53,876 - 1,250 = $52,626
Now all of that is supposedly with absolutely no markup. Obviously I don't know what the "hidden markup" is, so should I expect that to be the absolute best I can get, given there are no other MFR incentives right now? Don't know how I'm going to get close to that $50,959 figure that Bkusk12 got...
