Yesterday I installed the Mongoal dash cam adapter that ties into the rain sensor to provide power to the camera, which allowed me to do away with the cigarette plug adapter and easier to hide the wires from my red tiger dash cam. Took less than 5 mins and makes it look better without the wires in my way. Today I will be attempting to update my navigation maps. Tried using the download files from Ford but didn't work. So I shelled out the extra 40 bucks for a thumb drive with it preloaded. Fingers crossed it works. Or I will have a very expensive USB drive.packaging looks nice.

****Update**** Finally got the Navigation maps updated, it was on version NA118 and now its on NA223. Had to do a factory reset of my infotainment system with a ford CRC tech. the soft module reset didn't help (holding the power button and right seek). Had one of the 3 CRC reps I spoke with over the last few day told me to do a full rest I would have saved having to buy the Thumb Drive and saved 50 buck. Installation took almost 2 hours to install even though Ford said should only take 660 mins. yeah right!!! I normally would not have updated the navigation but over the last few weeks I have used it a few times when my phone wasn't with me or I just didn't wanna dig it out of my pocket and plug it in for Android Auto. The maps gave me a few bad directions and thus I found out how severely they were out of date. Since I had such a long wait time I went ahead and cleaned the Interior of my car. Tomorrow I will give it a well deserved hand wash.

I got a little bit accomplished today. Installed a new set of NGK plugs, the subframe lockout kit & the PPE trans pan. Also serviced both diffs, transfer case & trans.
