Was sitting in the PAX seat & noticed this doohickey. I'm thinking the previous owner had a radar detector up there? It has a hook looking thing on it, but contrast from the sky threw the camera off.

Drove it along a few miles of dirt road in the desert...amazed that the amount of dust on the sides doesn't really show in the pics, but they were about as dusty as the rear end.

It's just occurred to me that if the dog does this trick in the garage the tailgate will hit the garage door... :(
Why do you attach your keys to the dogs collar?

Confused myself again.

& forgot to disable the stop/start crap. Went to pull out of a parking lot & nothing happened. It just sat there. Instant start my ass.
You must have had the auto hold on also, it wont start until you touch the gas pedal.

I don't use it... & I can't imagine anyone else uses it while waiting to pull out of a parking lot.

Washed it again

Signed up for Ford Connect. What a ball ache that was. App works on phone....Vehicle can't connect, been faffing about with the damn thing for an hour.

It did manage to connect to check for updates though, so the wifi is apparently working

Compared it with a couple of lesser Explorers. Was at the local dealer this afternoon & they had a pair of Gen 6 XLT's on the lot (one for sale, the other appeared to be a customers car). Good grief, I can see why they're so cheap compared to an ST.
I don't think they've ever had an ST on their lot, but they sure seem to be trying to corner the market on Edge's, they must have 20 of them sitting out front.

How did you remove and replace the OEM badges?
Hair dryer (a little heat) and a piece of fishing line will cut the OE badge off in a blink.
