I used Forscan to turn it off. a laptop, a OBDlink Ex cable, and the Forscan program with some internet instruction and you can turn that off and other stuff too. like the annoying auto start stop, you can enable bambi mode to keep your fogs on with your high beams and more.
OK, second foray under the car.
This wasn't hard but I don't have an impact wrench and I did it with the car on the ground. Doable but you have to contort yourself a bit to get leverage on those big bolts. An impact wrench would make this infinitely easier.
Didn't get to drive it yet because of reasons but this is the first performance mod I've done to the vehicle and I'm excited to see how it changes.
