For those that just purchased a new 2025 Explorer ST, how many Ford Pass Points do you get?

I'm trying to decide what accessories I can get with points and when I need to order elsewhere.

I contacted Ford Customer Service. I am still waiting on my points. I took possession of my 2025 Ford St in November of 2024. The Customer Service Representative stated it takes approximately 3 months to validate the points. It should be about 31000 points. She stated it would be valued at around $150.00-$155.00 user points. You need to keep an eye on your Ford Pass App. Hopes this information helps…

Picked up mine a week ago today, points were in by Monday afternoon.

Has anyone had any trouble with the for Pass APP Reward section? It used to work fine for me but now it just shows a blank white screen? I can see my points when I log onto the actual website on my computer but it seems to no longer work in the pass app and in case ya ask yes I logged out and back in, re-entered my vin number etc etc...The app is working for everything else except when I logged out and back in I lost all the messages that were sent to me except the very first one which was when I picked it up and it's the "Vehicle Authorization complete" message. I lost all the other messages that were under the messages section. I also don't really want to completely delete and reinstall the app if I really do not have to? So has anyone e4lse had problem with that section?

My app on the phone was acting weird for a few days. I closed it along with other apps and rebooted my phone. Seems to work fine but the points portion takes a while. I just tried it and had to close the app then open and it worked.

Had mine in less than a week. Three months is excessive.

My points came super quick also, 2-3 days. But 31k for a super duty? Wow, ford is getting a little cheap with the pass points. You’d think for the cost of a F250 it would be 50k points minimum.

Sweet truck. Always wanted a big diesel F250. Could never justify purchasing one, for the 2-3x a year I’d actually use it the way it’s intended to be used.

I 100% agree. The Ford Dealer Network is horrible now; they are getting cheap with every thing!!!! Evidently they still think they are dealing with Covid Times and can get incredible "up-pricing" on their vehicles. In December I was finding some ST's $5,000 to $7,000 OVER MSRP.
Also, their "X-plan" was way better previously. When I bought my 2016 Mustang GT Premium Conv, the "X-Plan" was worth about $4,100 off the $45k MSRP. Now the "X-Plan" was only $2,200 off a $58350 MSRP. Even the Finance Officer commented on how little the Sales Plans offer today.

I'll try the app again and let is sit for a bit on the reward portion. I believe I got like 40K points or 44K points when I bought my 2025 Explorer ST on September 30th, so not sure if the reward amount has anything to do with what year the vehicle is etc.. but I got those and then I got some more points when I took it in for it's first oil change as well. Also my points showed up like a few days after I bought it, no where near 3 months later I think that line was just BS so you would stop asking. Also reward section only on the app is still not working for me when it used to. I left it on that screen for like 5 minutes and even rebooted phone etc. so not sure what's going on with that as I can log in on the website and see everything there. I just can't decide what to spend my points on. Do they ever expire? (ok left the app open and then rebooted phone after like 5 minutes, then reopened the app and now its working again. LOL thanks for the tip!)
