Ugh so my car was delivered this morning. Notified this evening. Dealer says I can’t pick up tomorrow. Too short of notice I guess with their inspections they need to do. I’m sure there’s more to it, but like come on. Make sure there’s no damage and then give me the car. I’ll remove plastic, wash car.
Ugh. Bummer.

There’s likely more to the pre delivery process than that. Not saying it should take days, but they likely do some setup, update (reflash) the modules and make any other small running changes that didn’t take place at the factory.

I placed my order on 11/6 and production is currently scheduled for the week of 1/3
My order was accepted by Ford on 11/5 and I haven't received anything except the order number from the dealership, The dealer has no Vin # yet or any other info . I guess they didn't put in my email address, We haven't received anything from Ford. I just know that I was put in as XRetail and I'm priority 14 . It would be awesome to be able to track the progress of our order

You can try calling your dealer to see if they can provide you with your Vin#. Then you can enter Order# & Vin# on the ford site and track manually.

We stopped by the dealership on Friday and was told there is no Vin yet , Do you know what priority # you have?

My order has shown as in production since 11/23. The codes have all populated and it pulled up on the united road site. Not sure why the site hasn’t updated. Asking my dealer on any updates, but has anyone else had issues with the tracker not working on the Ford site?

The wait is over I picked it up from the dealer. Big wait at the dealership this morning into afternoon as there where lots of other folks in front of me.
Ordered 9-1-2021.

The infotainment screen is worlds better than the 5th gen. Something I didn’t expect.

I called them and the guy was actually like we’re working on it to see if we can get you in. Then he started taking down all my info and I could tell it was gonna happen. Weird thing is he emailed me this morning saying yeah, Monday night will work. Maybe they realized despite them saying today wouldn’t work and me still calling, I was adamant about picking it up.

Okay so I told him over the phone. He agreed. I get there, they pull it up, freaking badge on the back!!! I’m like uhh there’s a badge lol he was like oh shoot sorry and they removed it.

Well at least they took it off. Who were you dealing with? How was the wash? Any swirls on the black pillars?

Yeah they were very nice about it. They don’t use a car wash. They have an on site detailer shop with things done by hand.

check your car when you pick them up! Mine was missing the cover piece that goes in the trunk. They ended up taking a piece from another vehicle.

For those who have picked up their 22's...how many miles were on it?
12 I think? Honestly seems too many but wasn’t gonna go crazy over it. Maybe between the factory and inspections at the dealer. Not sure.
