Has anyone just done lamin-X tint on the fog lights and not the headlights? If so, would you mind sharing a picture of what it looks like?

My tint shows up tomorrow and planning on doing my fogs this weekend… a few others on here have theirs tinted or yellow.

I’d love to see it when you’re done. I have the red explorer, so it’s going to be the perfect comparison. ;-)

I hope y’all are doing the yellow film…tinting something that’s supposed to be bright just doesn’t make any sense.

I've had the yellow film for my fogs sitting here for a month, one day I'll install it.

Looks good on Black St for sure.
Is it just cosmetic? I have some yellow shooting glasses that make the brightest of days seem even brighter the clarity and contrast is insane. Specially at the end of the day when I take them off its so dull. Is there any effect like that of just looks cool?

To me, mostly cosmetic. Wish they had true yellow fogs available 3rd party that would work with the ST.

Did you do yours over the weekend? Did you go with yellow or tint?

Sorry for the delay... yes, I did a light smoke. I didn't want them blacked out just not as noticeable.

Mist with water, get one side to stick well enough to stretch the film over the remainder of the light. Then smooth with something that won't damage the film. Took me about 2 minutes per side and the second was easier once I got the hang of it. 20230711_172620.jpg
