A little more info. I still have not taken to the dealer yet but it seems I lost the internet/connectivity section of the settings somehow. Which is supposed to be right below the "display" button and above the "911 Assist" button in the settings. I also found out that my lane centering is also not working, therefore my blue cruise is not working but regular cruise control is and it will slow and speed up depending on the car in front. So not sure what caused that but dealer will be seeing it next week. The only thing I have not done and do not want to do is the full factory reset because I do not want to have to re-enter everything including all my places/hotspot (which is also still working) all over again, but we will see what the dealer does. Kind of weird how this all rear its head out of the blue but I guess that's technology for ya. I'll post more after the dealer looks at it in case any of you go through this in the future.

Having the same issue. I've had my ST Line for three weeks. It is completely random when the issue pops up and is very annoying for sure.

Dealer took 5 hours to fix my 2025 Explorer ST but here is what they did (see picture) They did not give me any reason as to why it happened just that sometimes it does which is not very reassuring. Anyway if the internet section disappears from your vehicle settings I believe the button/section is under the one that says "Display" and above the "911" section in-between those two, so if your vehicle looses communication and that WIFI/connectivity button disappears then at least you know what will need to be done at the dealer. For now mine seems to have been fixed (knock on wood) Ford Work Order.jpg

Ok wow! I did not know that picture would come out that big my apologies if it bothers anyone. By the way if anyone knows what the CMR and PCM is let me know I get the GWM is gateway module and the TCU is the Telematic Control Unit but not sure exactly what the PCM is and the CMR is, so if anyone can elaborate that would be awesome.
