'22 interior gloss trim replacement/cover question

Wondering if anyone knows of any prefab'd vinyl coverings for the internal gloss trim around the door handles and radio/controls? I've done a quick search, but nothing has come up in that search.

I wasn't able to find any. I've opted to take it to a local sign shop who will do the work for me, though if you're handy, have lots of patience, and enough time, you could get some Avery or 3M vinyl and do it yourself. OR make a template and sell prefab kits. I'll be your first customer!
