Hadn't seen this before. It's 12 days old. He does the hard side without dropping any subframe, etc. Check out his other Explorer ST related videos.

For anybody that plans on tackling this. I used one of those construction wall inspection cameras. Got it placed for the one tough nut on the passenger side.

Put a U in the snake so the camera faced down and gave a great view of the nut. Fished the socket around and got it on, all considering it was relatively painless. Really seemed to helped.

Went with the CV Fab, in hind sight, wish I would have wrapped them, still might take them back out. Seems like it will be fine, but, it’s in my head now.

I did end up dropping the subframe, to save the factory heat shield, deep well was too long and Regular socket too short, but I did seat the socket without dropping the subframe.
