Can't lock or unlock door from handle other than drivers door handle.

I have a '21 ST and I can't unlock or lock the doors using the door handles except on the drivers door. Any one else have this problem? Any idea what the solution is? Only 22,000 miles but the warranty is up other than on the drive train.

Could be your battery, have you replaced it yet? Low battery voltage can cause lots of problems and if I recall the BMS cuts off certain accessories as voltage drops.

Definitely the battery. Other things will be amiss as well, do the interior lights dim or do they just turn off? Little things like that stop working when the battery goes down.

Just happened to my 21. changed the battery and problem solved.

Same problem happens on my Dad's 2018 Fusion. Only the driver's door works. Symptom of a battery getting weak. May work fine immediately after being driven but problem will show up after sitting parked for a while.

We just developed the same issue after I changed the battery in my wife's FOB. Now neither FOB will lock/unlock passenger side doors.
Do not have a resolution.

What brand batteries did you use? I replaced the battery with a cheap one in my Fusion and after a few weeks the FOB would not work. Couldn't even start the car, said FOB not present. Voltage check was okay but put a new battery in and it worked fine again. Evidently the new FOB's draw a lot of power. Best to stick with name brand batteries.
