Differential Brace

I have a 2020 with the 4 bolt set up. Do I really need a brace? I do like to launch it on occasion. Was thinking about just doing the JBX Bushing Inserts. If I do need one I’ll go with the ID Speed.

Hard to beat the results of the JXB bushing insert(s). Have you watched their DOE (design of Experiments) video? From the video, they appear to work really well on their own without a brace. I have the Single bushing / 3-bolt design on my 25'. I have an AWR brace but I have a JXB bushing insert I need to instal to balace out any axle twisting from the AWR brace being on one side of the diff. .

The dual bushing / 4-bolt set-up is a lot more balanced than the single bushing / 3-bolt set-up. You don't get the diff. twisting the 3-bolt set-up allows. If you are inclined to do something, IMO, you would be good to go with the JXB inserts only and no brace.

My thoughts exactly. I have watched the video. It’s just someone on FB said that somewhere on the JBX site it says not to use without a diff brace. I haven’t found it though.

If you’re not launching it a lot or run it hard, a diff brace isn’t needed.

I already have the FenFab bushing supports. I'm just going to go with the JBX inserts and be done with the rear suspention.
