FENG?

I'm making some changes with Forscan and have a question about FENG. In the ACM there are two places where I believe deal with this. One is called Engine Sound Enhancement and the other is Software Engine Sound Enhancement (ESE). Do both of these need to be disabled or is this even the right place? I couldn't find anything that refered to Fake Engine Noise Generator (FENG).
