FORD PASS CONNECTIVITY / MODEM ISSUES

So I have had my 2025 ST for a week now, 300 miles. I can’t get it to connect to Ford Pass. It wouldn’t connect at the dealership so the salesman told me to try again when I got it home. I contacted Ford pass and they are telling me it’s still in transport mode and now there is an issue with the modem not communicating. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks for any insight on this issue.

Good luck with getting it soon works on my Apple Watch too…whenever you get it fixed.
