And that's all a lot of us ask for. 50hp at the crank should bring the 0-60 to sub 5 second range and could shave close to .5 sec off a 1/4 mile run. All the while keeping my warranty in place when one of the thousands of sensors/electronic bits goes to hell? Yes please.
My DD 91 tune (from BoostKing Tuning) with the stock intercooler was pretty close to those stats. 1/4 went from 13.93 to 13.53 (DA around 5000ft) and it was under 5 seconds 0-60. My 94 tune is considerably quicker, but we are still dialing that one in and I have added the Whipple Intercooler.

I personally am not that concerned about warranty, but do understand why others are. Ford will certainly have some takers, which is a good thing IMO.

It's not too bad. There are four bolts that hold the front end to the fender that they put a 1/4 tube of Loctite on each one, they're a PITA, otherwise it's pretty simple. The instructions are pretty good and the Fat Guy Builds video is helpful because it gives a wider view (I had a hard time figuring out where some things were at because the pictures were so close in). I have another install doc someone put together that I also used. If you want it PM me with your e-mail and I can send it to you. Best advice I can give you is take your time and pay attention to the little things. It's not a race to see who can get it done fastest, it's about getting it done right.

Dang! Still nothing. Actively checking/ waiting.
NSFW (not safe for warranty) but I did find this thing: https://www.racechip.us/shop/ford/explorer-from-2020/st-3-0t-2956ccm-400hp-298kw-415lb-ft.html
If y'all are dying to get more power now. (have not looked at reviews or anything for it at this point, not sure on how good it is/ is not).
First of all, any product that advertises +15 or +20% fuel economy is absolute BS! Perhaps, just perhaps, for that money you're getting some electrical dohickey, but when their marketing materials advertise something that isn't possibly true, then caveat emptor. If you're that willing to part with your money, I'm going to introduce my Ersatz Brothers Real Tuning Device. This powerful, potent electronic placebo works with any modification you have. Completely wireless, nothing to plug in. Just send me your VIN, SSN, and bank routing numbers.

Don't forget the new Lightweight LED Blinker Fluid as well...

Ford will never release a performance tune for the ST. Sorry, it’s never going to happen.

I was thinking that way at one point. But with the platinum \ king ranch now having the same 400hp now for 2022, So there is not much that separates the ST in terms of power now. I have heard multiple accounts even from my local dealer that they are coming out with one. Also since they expanded the model with the ST- Line you are going to start seeing different upgrades on the Ford performance site I bet. No offense they are a business , they always want more money.

There may be factory tune limits that are result of the size of the turbos, cooling system, exhaust, fuel system, etc. We know that the Raptor produces 450 HP with an enhanced twin turbo 6 set up and wonder if the engine bay in the ST is cappable of similar upgrade fron From Ford. Probably at a feee nominal price rather than a nominal fee.

the biggest limit is the intercooler. A tune can yield some serious HP gains, but repeatability and reliability start to come into play due to the factory IC. It'll heat soak fast, then the ECU will start to pull timing to prevent knock. I know a lot of people are holding out for a factory tune, but I personally wouldn't bet on it. Great on Ford if they do though.

So maybe it's not a tune, but a performance pack that includes a larger intercooler? That would be awesome.
