Anyone else have issues with seals on the taillight/headlight?

So far at 33k miles I have replaced one headlight and one taillight and now the other taillight has condensation.

Ford quality control has really gone down hill.

yup. I managed to repair a seal to a headlight. Had one tail light with condensation. Replaced that out of pocket. Ford quality is definitely an issue and has been reported extensively in the media. They are spending a fortune on recall and warranty repairs.

This one hasn't happened to me yet and I'm at 42K miles. My 2013 Lincoln had this problem in the rear lightbar. It started at around 5 years old and would fill up with moisture in the fall and winter and in the summer the heat and sun would evaporate it all completely until the next cooler, wet day.
