2020 explorer st, both front heated/cooled seats stopped working. It was intermittenly working after playing around with the couplers going to the dsm. Checked fuses/fuse box, pulled the fuse box and checked the couplers nothing looks out of the ordinary. Ordered a new dsm through ford, plugged it in and im not even getting the seat to move with the new dsm. Does the new dsm need programmed to the car? Or any other troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
