Help! My ST Didn't Shut Down Correctly

Hello forum, I am reaching out for some help. I just got home with my kids from trick or treat, got them all out of the vehicle and was doing some looking around to make sure all the candy was picked up and my 2022 ST lights went off inside. I didn't think anything of it, and then my oldest daughter needed something out of the liftgate and it wouldn't open. I get in the drivers seat and the dash is stuck at the screen shown in the picture and not doing anything. Some of the interior buttons are on, music I can turn on and off, but if I go to press the Start/Stop switch nothing happens. It seems like its stuck in some area between off and on, but nothing works. Headlights wont come on, brake lights wont come on, as I open the door the interior lights don't come on, its just stuck. I don't know what I should do, I assume if I leave it the battery will be dead by morning, what do you all suggest? Help please

It's a battery problem most likely. Call the number for a tow from Ford.

Thank you for the tip. So far the gauge cluster is still stuck on and I called for a battery service to no avail. They tried jumping it, nothing, double jumping it, nothing. I hear the emergency brake cycling when I push the brake pedal in which is odd as well but the start/stop button never lit up. I'll need to have her towed tomorrow morning for further service.

Did you disconnect the battery for ~10 min then reconnect it?

Honestly I think that's what it needs. I didn't do it because I was too worried I would mess it up and fry something.

Quick update, I should have unplugged my negative terminal from the start. Tow truck driver showed up and couldn't move my truck because of the state of it. I got home from work, unplugged it for 15 minutes just to be sure and it started up slower than normal, but she is alive again. Thanks for the advice

Everyone should just keep a 10mm wrench in their car for a disconnect. Both the battery guy that was sent out and the tow truck driver didn't want anything to do with removing a terminal, letting it sit for a bit and putting it back on.
