Homelink not working?

Did anyone else have issues with homelink not learning? The opener on my garage is a chamberlain from 2004ish. The homelink in my 2016 Chrysler was able to learn it, but I have tried every which way to sync the Explorer with no luck. I also saw some stuff on YouTube about needing a homelink “bridge” which I purchased and no go there either. Anyone have ideas?

Hmm, do you have LED bulbs on your garage door opener? They can cause interference.

Do you have the vehicle on and running while syncing.
I just did mine, I had to have to he ST on and running, press both at same time until the light on the home button went to fast flashing , gotta be within 6" and I put new batteries in my opener.

Worked for me. Old Craftsman opener.
