I have read that the stock setup without any mods and no tune can handle something like 20%-25% ethanol with your gas? Has anyone put a little extra ethanol in the tank on the factory stock calibration for more power? Or how does that work exactly? I'm trying to find out if anyone tried that and had some extra power just by increasing ethanol content in 93 octane up to the 20%-25% (including the 10% ethanol already advertised at the pump)

You can get away with about 30%worse case is a check engine light for fuel trims. You probably won't see much if any gains on the stock tune do to the way it's limited
