The roof rail delete looks better from every angle...probably one of my favorite mods so far.

Looks great!

Not really relevant but I see you also had to use the painted bumper plugs for the license plate bracket holes. In KY front plates are not required, yet for some reason the dealer installed the front plate bracket

Did you remove the roof rails yourself?

Yep. It’s about a 4 hour job. Tedious but not hard at all.

The new front bracket combined with the delete panel reuses all the holes the rails do. The new parts have gaskets built in and you reuse the nuts that are on the rails now. F00B90B6-5850-4E53-BAB1-FF2BA4EE5F16.jpeg

So there's a kit. Sorry for all the questions, did you order the kit from ford?

It’s not really a kit. You order the parts for a base model Explorer that doesn’t come with rails and swap them out.

I vote that Unbroken's ST should be featured in the ExplorerST.org Banner logo, I mean there's three blues and a red there already.....

This is the color that I chose. I obsessed between blue and red, which just look awesome. The iconic silver was not really on my radar until I saw it live. Pictures just don't show the contrast like it does in person. I was sold on it. Of course it helps that the dealers near me didn't have any more red or blue.
