Hello all I just wanted to ask a quick question and that is what OBDII Scanner are you guys using that is a mobile one not a laptop version. I had a TopDon ArtiDiag 600s, but after updating all the stuff on it today and charging the battery to 100% which it did fine by the way but after turning it off and then on to reboot it, it has decided to become just a brick, and it seems there is no way to reset it or fix it, so now it is just a back and blue paperweight. So I was wondering what are all of you using and what would be the best one to get. I do not have a laptop so a handheld or Bluetooth one would be more useful. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Second vote for the OBDLink MX+ and OBDLink EX. You can see a lot more info than the dash will show you! Also recommended by Forscan for use with their software.

In your opinion which is better the MX+ or the OBDLink EX or are they pretty much the same?

The MX+ is bluetooth and EX is hard wired. The MX+ is good for code reading and such. The EX is best for programming.
