Rear Bumper LED Reflector replacement

I purchased the leds to replace the factory reflectors. When trying to install them I got stuck. There is three black wires with white lines that go into a 8 pin connector that connects to the brake light. The turn signal also has two black wires but no connector. The leds have one black (NEG), one WHT (Acc+/DRL), one red (Brake light), and one orange wire (turn signal). I have tried to find a wiring diagram to help but no luck. Can anyone help with what each wire is on the brake lights and turn signa. A wire diagram for me to look at would help. Keep in mind I am an amateur at this and have a basic knowledge of wiring but far from an expert. Thank you for the help.
