What mods do you un-mod before Ford service work?

I know there are a lot of posts/threads about what mods have the potential to impact various warranty claims. I want to avoid that rabbit hole but pose a question along those thought lines.
For those that have mods/tunes on your ST, what do you "un-mod" before bringing your ST to Ford for work?

An example response may be "I have an XYZ differential brace that I take off before I bring it in because..."

I don't do this because Ford has been to good to me for me to lie to then.

I can understand and appreciate that sentiment.

I have never been to a dealer that cared about mods. they dont write it down in a black book for later. I have made sure to tell service guy to not flash my computer if you have a tune. I dont even know if it will effect it but I still tell them not to.
the mod only becomes a problem when warranty is involved.

I reinstall the green valve stem covers so they’ll remember to use nitrogen. ;)
