The display shows that the back two seats are occupied with seatbelt connected (green) and the other is red (occupied) but not connected. This is brand new and no one is in the bac seat. This is not the major issue. The issue is that the warning will not go away with OK. I restarted the car and still there. Is there a way to reset the dashboard? Or should I try to reset the SYNC and see if that is connected? thanks!

1704984982586.png something like this. I apologize, I copied the screen from another thread as I did not have a picture. But it is the above and will not go away with ok. I do wish it were 79 degrees here!!!

Nope. But even in the past where something was on the seat, I could hit 'ok' and it would go away.

I've never seen that on my 2020 or my 2023. But, I did disable the seat belt chime right away on both vehicles since I don't always wear my seat belt.

Sensor in the seat is bad and needs to be replaced.
