They already offered me a discount, and I am working to get the features that are currently not working to work.

I am not sure who Michael Lee is. Do they work at FordSync4?

Also, my current issues are as follows:

- Volume lists at 0 no matter what setting I set it too.
- HVAC control only are able to turn on the controls but cannot change fan speed with the knob
- Front camera lists a blue screen when nearing an object but I do not have factory front cameras at all.
- FordPass doesn't work.

Can you show the back side mounting bracket and the front please. Looking to getting this 15.5. Also you going to need a apim from a f150

You just need an apim programmed and all the issues should start working

My question exactly. I know the Aviator screen swap leaves the back looking not so good looking.

Slight gap behind the screen.

I know the screen is scuffed up but they gave a discount due to that.

That actually looks clean and neat!!!! Man I can source a 15.5 but all the other stuff would be difficult to get like the radio bezel and brackets

I think the bezel is custom printed by them.

Curious to where the front camera button and sensor button is are those it just not labeled. But Jesse will get you right. I'm familiar with the programming. I just need the parts in my possession. Reason I'm looking for a screen and apim to test on my work bench.

My car didn't come with the front camera so that is my factory button setup.

Yeah, I am not too sure how to reach out to him other than messaging him, but I'm hopeful I can get my issues resolved.

No front camera. I wrote him a month ago and still haven't heard form him. Do you have forscan? If so create a new profile and see if it shows the apim

So I disconnected the battery for 15 mins then ran forscan again and it read the APIM.

Everything works fine, although there are some DTCs when I run forscan but no check engine lights.

Im just wanting to find a solution for the HVAC controls Fordpass and the Volume knob

Mmmm even the volume knob on the radio bezel. Curious if the ASB needs to be changed for the hvac controls on the screen. Can you plug up the factory controls and see if they work?

The factory hvac controls work as normal when they are plugged in.

when they are not plugged in the hvac controls on the screen do not work at all, the temperature reading is disabled so is the start stop system and the auto hold function

I’m thinking some as built stuff would need to be changed. Just a matter of what

Possibly Need to load your factory asb into the apim.

Update. System is work. Jesse sent a new APIM with Nav and programmed the unit.

All the function are now working.

did the apim that came with your upgrade package from fordscyc not work ie broken? I'm thinking of getting this upgrade but its extremely expensive.

Very expensive. Shouldn't even cost this much to be honest.
