Hi, I upgraded my sync 3 to sync 4 screen and APIM. I have prowled the forums to see if I can find some changes in Forscan to make. However, I wasn’t able to have any luck. After running a VIN scan, I see that the APIM is from a Lincoln Navigator. I have made changes in Forscan and have some knowledge of using it, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

- HVAC fan speed is only controlled by the AUTO button and not by the knob on the screen.
- Rear HVAC controls are non-functioning.
- Volume is displayed at zero no matter what volume it is set to.
- Fordpass is not working
